Return Policy: 

All products and accessories have a 14-day return period. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Products must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in. If any accessories or promo items were included these must be returned as well.  Any items missing packaging or accessories may be refused or subject to an additional deduction. No Returns after the 14-day period. A valid receipt is required for all returns. A valid ID may be requested to verify customer info and accurately process a return. All refunds for transactions made with cash or debit will be issued by company check. Check will be mailed within 2-3 business days or held for customer pickup upon request. Any purchases made with a credit card will be processed back to the same card. The credit card used to make the initial purchase must be present in order to process the refund. Depending on the card issuer, it usually takes 3-5 business days to see the refund applied to your account.
